This gorgeous, bright sidra is full of red apples, caramel, and beautiful florals.
A classic washed process. Only ripe cherries were collected, depulped, and fermented in tanks for approximately 30 hours. The beans were washed and laid to dry on raised beds for 18-24 days, turning several times each day. The used water is recaptured and cleaned to avoid environmental contamination.
Bombonal comes from La Fortuna, one of the farms owned and run by Mrs. Blanca Ruby Lopez Tibatá’s family. Starting with only 5 hectares, third generation coffee grower Mrs. Lopez Tibatá and her team oversee the now 30 hectares of coffee as well as a diverse range of fruits like oranges, avocados, citrus, bananas, and plantains.
