Another delightfully fruity, sweet, natural-processed, aromatic fruit bomb of a coffee by the Ethiopian producer, Nizamu Abamecha. With flavors of nectarines, strawberry marmalade, white tea, red grapes, and hibiscus, this coffee brings a smile to your face with all brewing methods.
Filter coffee: round and jammy yet lively with great stone fruit acidity and a long floral aftertaste. Nectarine, strawberry, pear, red grapes, orange blossom, and jasmine.
Espresso: incredibly velvety, balanced espresso with a long floral mouthfeel and notes of strawberry marmalade, hibiscus, cacao, and orange peel.
Cappuccino/Flat white: dessert-like cappuccino with notes of rose water and caramel. Sweet yet fresh.
The Producer: our relationship with Nizamu started on our trip to Ethiopia in early 2020. The trip’s goal was to reach out to independent producers to find outstanding coffee and form direct and transparent long-term relationships.
